Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services of AquaFarm Solutions ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Description of Service
AquaFarm Solutions provides specialized containers and equipment for seaweed farming operations. Our services include:
- Manufacturing and supply of seaweed farming containers
- Technical consultation and support
- Installation and maintenance services
- Training and educational resources
Product Warranties and Guarantees
All AquaFarm Solutions containers come with a standard 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers:
- Material defects and workmanship issues
- Structural integrity under normal operating conditions
- Replacement of defective components
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, extreme weather conditions, or normal wear and tear.
Payment Terms
Payment terms for our products and services are as follows:
- 50% deposit required upon order confirmation
- Remaining balance due before delivery
- Payment methods accepted: Bank transfer, certified check
- All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and exclude applicable taxes
Delivery and Installation
Delivery timelines vary based on product type and customization requirements. Standard delivery terms:
- Standard products: 2-4 weeks from order confirmation
- Custom solutions: 4-8 weeks depending on complexity
- Delivery within Sarawak included in price
- Installation services available at additional cost
Limitation of Liability
AquaFarm Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our products or services.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and technology used in our products remain the intellectual property of AquaFarm Solutions. Customers may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Cancellation and Returns
Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of confirmation without penalty. After production begins, cancellation fees may apply. Custom products are non-returnable unless defective.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
